The only thing is needed to use Messenger Plus! is Windows Live Mesenger (the latest version of MSN Messenger) which requires Windows XP or above. Messenger Plus! is compatible with Windows Live Messenger (2009,2011) and can be installed on 32bit or 64bit versions of Windows XP to Windows 7.
