Interface Writer makes writing Plus! script interfaces much quicker. After creating a file, or skipping this (disables saving), you can add, edit and delete windows, window controls and window elements. The IDs, titles, widths and heights, templates, units
and default positions of the windows, as well as whether the windows can be resized, closed, minimized and maximized, can all be customized. The IDs, types, positioning, widths, heights, captions and help texts of the controls and elements can also be customized.
When an interface file is complete, it can either be saved as a Unicode XML file, or the source code can be shown and edited directly. Existing interfaces can be loaded into the editor, and any errors with the XML is noted and displayed upon loading. Windows,
controls and elements all support the addition of extra code within the editor, which is also available when a file is loaded. Other features new to this version include saving as, saving copies, importing and previewing, as well as the new enhanced interface.



How to use this script:

1) Ensure that both Windows Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! are running, and that you are signed in.

2) Download and open the script pack, accept the warning and click "Import".

3) To start a new interface, go to the Script Menu > "Interface Writer" > "Create a new interface...".

4) To load an interface, go to the Script Menu > "Interface Writer" > "Load an interface...".
