| aSpellChecker is a spelling checker for Windows Live Messenger. It is meant for all those who are tired of typos in their messages or need help with spelling. Installation (Important - Read Carefully!) 1. Download GNU Aspell-0.50.3 (win32) Installer from http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/w32/Aspell-0-50-3-3-Setup.exe and run it. Aspell MUST be installed in C:\Program Files\Aspell 2. Download Aspell Precompiled Dictionary (en-us) (Installer) from http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/w32/Aspell-en-0.50-2-3.exe and run it. Precompiled Dictionaries for other languages can be found at http://aspell.net/win32/. However, they are not guaranteed to work with aSpellChecker. 3. Run aSpellChecker.plsc to import the script for Messenger Plus! Live. 4. Sign out of Messenger. Sign in again and you are done. Usage (Important - Read Carefully!) 1. aSpellChecker is only activated if you activate it for a particular message. 2. To use it, simply add a '.' (dot) in front of the message you are sending out. Example: You send: .Welcome to Middle Eerth Result: Welcome to Middle Earth |
