SmokingCookie With this script, you can fake a media message. You can either use the
interface window (accessible by typing "/FakeMedia" into a chat window or using the menu), or type
"/fakemedia [TrackTitle] [TrackArtist] [Album] [ContentID] [Format] [MediaType]". Dont forget the brackets or your input will be ignored!
All parameters are optional and case insensitive.

Format: this parameter has its own syntax. You must use a set of numbers, enclosed in curly brackets ( {...} ).
The numbers you can use:

0 for Title,
1 for Artist,
2 for Album and
3 for ContentID.

The MediaType parameter can be "Music", "Games" or "Office" (without quotes).

The window has an option to disable the media message (so your PSM will be shown instead) and to auto-detect changes in your media message (when you change a track).

A final word: you should have the "Show what Im listening to" option enabled in the chat window.


Changes in version 1.60:
- Per-user settings have been introduced
- An auto-update system has been added for those who use an older version of Messenger Plus! Live. Note, though, that this option will only be available if you are using a version of Messenger Plus! Live, prior to 4.70.

- Languages: Fake media comes with two standard languages: Dutch and English. There is also an empty "translation", if you wish to translate the script into your language.
- A language updater: if new versions of non-default languages are available, youll get notified
- ContentID is now supported
- Script developpers: an API (Application Programming Interface) has been added to the script. In the script folder, you will find an HTML file with information on how this works.

- The API has been updated. Now all parameters can be set. The documentation is also updated accordingly.

- Another API update
- The command bug has now really been fixed
- Contact tracking: when enabled, Fake media will follow a contact's media message. If their message changes, yours will be changed accordingly.
- You can now import and export media messages.
- Exported media messages can be applied upon sign-in.
